Cancellation and Refund Policy for Hotel Room Booking
1. General Policy
All cancellations must be requested via email or phone and confirmed by the hotel.
Refund eligibility depends on the type of booking and cancellation timeframe.
No-shows will be charged the full amount of the reservation.
2. Standard Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made more than 30 days before check-in: Full refund minus processing fees (if applicable).
Cancellations made between 29 and 15 days before check-in: 50% refund of the total booking amount.
Cancellations made within 15 days of check-in: No refund.
3. Non-Refundable Bookings
Certain promotional or discounted rates may be non-refundable.
If a booking is marked as non-refundable, no cancellations or modifications will be allowed.
4. Early Check-Out & Modifications
No refunds will be provided for early departures.
Date modifications may be allowed subject to availability and rate differences.
5. Group Bookings & Special Events
Group reservations (more than 2 rooms) and bookings for special events may have separate cancellation policies.
A separate contract may outline specific refund and cancellation terms for such bookings.
6. Force Majeure & Exceptional Circumstances
If cancellations arise due to government restrictions, natural disasters, or other force majeure events, the hotel may provide rescheduling options or partial refunds at its discretion.
7. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days and it will credited with in 7 to 10 business days in the original mode of payment.
Refunds will be issued via the original payment method or as hotel credit where applicable.
